is 'Business Book of the Month'. I snapped this pic when I saw it at WH
Smith in Gatwick Airport this morning, returning from my holiday at

I don't think your Azor is going to succeed if you rely on Superdrug to promote it.
After taking the x4 dummy pack to the till in Superdrug Croydon the assistant couldn't find any 'proper' packs in his till. He asked the assistant next to him but she didn't have any either. I find it hard to believe they didn't have any in stock at all but instead of checking further he took me to a promotional display of Gillette razors and tried to persuade me that they were better value as they had them on offer! Regardless-it didn't take a genius to work out they (Gillette) were still more expensive anyway.
I told him I'd try Boots instead who, luckily for me, had the Azor blades on offer (2 packs of x4 for £5).
I've been buying your products since I first remember seeing them (in Superdrug) which was probably 15 years or so ago.
I feel your Azor will fail if left in the hand of Superdrug (Croydon anyway) to get a strong foothold in the market.
I feel some loyalty to your brand and thought it best to let you know about my Superdrug experience.

Thanks Gareth, rest assured we'll take the matter up with relevant bods at Superdrug. Look out for our first TV advertising campaign for the Azor, coming soon. And our sales are rising strongly, weekly!
Cracking article in 'The Grocer' magazine. Plus, Gillette have upped their number of (trade ie price) promotions by 20 to a whopping 192, 164 more than Wilkinson Sword (and a lot, lot, LOT more than lil ol' KoS). Their shaving software sales were still down an eye watering £3.9m+ at retail, and Mach3 cartridge by sales by volume started outstripping Fusion.
That'll be the 'King of Shaves Azor effect'!!! 'Con' Fusion in the marketplace - get the King of Shaves, without Gillette Fusion's ransom...

PS, you'll have seen the press ads comparing Fusion with Mach3. And how, like, you should shift from Mach3 to Fusion because Fusion is way better. The one thing the ad doesn't tell you?
That Fusion is twice the price. Like I said, King of Shaves Azor sales 5,000% UP.
I was delighted to finally meet Richard Jenkins, the guy behind the Ecotricity Greenbird, the world's fastest wind powered craft, which hit 126mph earlier this year breaking the wind-powered speed record. I spoke with Richard 2-3 years back, when he was searching for title sponsorship (provided earlier this year by Dale Vince, CEO of renewables energy firm Ecotricity) and have kept in touch since. Richard studied Mech Eng at Imperial, I did my degree at Portsmouth, and through a combination of passion, persistence and innovation has spent 10 years making his dream come true.
Next stop, is the wind powered world record on Ice - we'll be keeping a close eye on these speedy, slippery proceedings, especially as we're approaching the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, with Shelley Rudman, our brand ambassador who medalled silver in the 2006 Olympic games in Turin.
